Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology Student Schedule Change 2016-2017 Information
Please use the online form accessed from the link below to request a schedule change and submit only ONE request. MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and teacher requests cannot be accommodated. The form will be accessible from Friday, August 19 through Tuesday, August 23.
Be sure to refer to the list of available courses accessed from the link below and choose courses from the list. You may choose only available courses offered during the same period as the course you want to change. For example, if you want to change a course scheduled during 1st period then you must choose another course that is offered 1st period.
Counselors will process requests in the order that they are received. Students will receive an email response once the request has been processed. It is very important that the email you list on the form is the one that you check on a regular basis.
